Images of drivers have been projected upon the window portions of car doors floating in a dark space. Playing in the background are the sounds of traffic and other car noises obtained through field recording on the streets of London.
The people of various races and generations filmed for the piece were actually riding cars in London and are all ordinary people who were asked to participate in the project on the spot.
Each of these people then became impromptu performers who transformed their "everyday unconscious glances" into eyes looking at the people they would most likely never see again in front of the lens.
This daily communication made up infinite momentary unconscious glances and the boundary that exists between the private space of the car's interior and the viewer outside was recreated in the space.
